Borewell recharging – water for organics

By | October 7, 2017

This farmer has a wonderful one-acre farm – more like a garden of Eden – with a fully functioning rainwater harvesting system using bore well recharging.
Have a look at this short video I shot yesterday – in the rain – what a special place it is…

This is the main work that I am doing at this time – supporting the Indian farmers as they struggle to stay on their tiny farms – often relying only on the rainfall which is becoming more and more erratic as climate change appears to shift the patterns of the rains.
We know you are called upon to give to many pressing causes in these times – but if you feel like to give us a hand, to create one bore well recharge system which will help a farmer, his family and some of the local landless workers it only costs $400.
